About
We sell one thing.
The reason a customer should choose your business, written down, built into everything you publish, and placed everywhere they are looking. The breadth is there because the message has to reach people in every channel, not because the offer is a list of services.
Why “Re:factory”
The name is the loop, and the loop is the point.
Anything worth keeping gets rebuilt as the thing it describes changes. In software that rebuild is called a refactor: the structure changes, the meaning holds, and everything downstream stays consistent.
Most marketing never gets that. Assets get rewritten one at a time, so the ad, the site and the sales conversation slowly start describing three different businesses.
We named the company after the loop because the differentiator is not that your marketing gets built once. It is that it stays current when your business changes. You add a service, drop one, start serving a different customer: the source document changes, and everything built from it updates to match.
Who’s behind it
Re:factory was founded by Nuno Andrade, who came to marketing through content and search rather than the other way round. He edited books before he optimised websites, moved into SEO in 2005, and spent the decade after that running search and content for financial and retail brands at Sapient. He went on to build the digital practice at a national direct response agency and left it as Chief Innovation Officer, responsible for bringing AI into creative, analytics and planning. That order is the point: the writing came first and the media came after, which is the same order the work follows here.
Brands worked on across a two-decade career, agency-side and in-house.
Digiday and MarTech have asked for his read on AI in advertising, streaming and programmatic audio.
Most of that career was spent getting large companies found and chosen. They do it properly because they can afford an expert for every part of it. Re:factory is those experts, for a business your size.
We run on our own system
Re:factory is part of ROI IQ, a holding company that builds its own marketing infrastructure. We run on ILLIXIS™, our own platform, and we prove the whole system on brands we own before recommending it to anyone. When we suggest something, it is because we have run it with our own money on the line.
